- In the bottom-left of your screen is a series of tabs. One of them should read "Welcome to Egypt"; click on the tab and you'll be presented with a set of simple tasks you must do in order to gain your citizenship.

How do I learn Stone Blade Fabrication?
- You must collect 7 slate from along shorelines and bring it to a School of Architecture to purchase the Stone Blade Fabrication skill.
- Slate is often found near water. Simply walk along the shoreline until you see, in the top right of your screen, an orange icon:
Click the icon and you'll pick up one slate. - To find a School of Architecture, press F3 and a map will appear. The arrow is you, pointing in the direction your camera is facing; you're looking for a small, black dot with the word SArch underneath.

How can I get water so I can weed & water this flax bed?
- You probably have the Nile Green flax seeds. You can avoid the watering step by getting Old Egypt seeds instead. Go back to the art school and ask for more seeds. You can do this every 2 minutes till you get the Old Egypt seeds. (Old Egypt seeds don't require water, but only give 1 flax per harvest. Nile Green requires water, but gives 2 flax per harvest).
- To gather water, you need jugs to hold it in. You can get your first jug by visiting the School of Thought and attempting to learn the pottery skill. The school will give you a jug to help you gather clay with. Later you can make more jugs by gathering clay and wood, creating wet jugs on a pottery wheel and firing them in a kiln.
How do I get a fishing pole?
- Make a flint knife with 2 flint, 1 wood, and 1 twine
- Pay 100 wood at S Body for Carving skill
- Whittle a Sharpened Stick from Skills menu
- Pay 25 Twine and 1 Sharpened Stick for Fishing skill at S. Body
