I would like to use this map to try and track flavors. Latest flavor theory has a lot in common to the beer microbes, so I've adapted the microbe map for wine flavors. This is for research purposes, please add all that you can to it. see flavors for info on primary/secondary taste and taste catagories. Please only mark the flavors you get from wines made of grapes grown in the same square coordinate. Eventually I hope to make a map for each flavor, so the more data I get, the more likely I can create a useful map.
The map itself is kinda useless at the moment, there are lots of overlapping markers. Hopefully the table will be useful despite the current map situation.
Since I'm tracking several hundred vineyards and doing it in a different format, I've got my own flavor map set up. Hopefully it'll be useful to y'all. ~Calixes
