Note you don't have to write all the locations down as you do them. Just admire the pearls before you put them in your necklace and it gives you the coordinates. However, if you have two of the same size and color, you will only ever look at the first; you have to put the rest down/in a chest and admire them while only holding one. - Nefer-Bast
If you find two beds next to each other, one will despawn as soon as you dive in the other. At least, this has happened twice now when I dived in the larger; it would be worth testing if it does this when you dive in the smaller of the two, or (assuming it ever comes up) it happens with two beds of the same size. - Nefer-Bast
